Return & Refund Policy – The Dubai Hustle

At The Dubai Hustle, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used items (due to the nature of board games and components).

• Damaged items caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage after delivery.

• Items purchased from third-party sellers or resellers (please contact them directly).

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with missing components:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@theUAEHustle.ae with your order number and photos of the issue.

• We will arrange a replacement part or exchange at no additional cost.

• If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email sales@theUAEHustle.ae with your request.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

We currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates only. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business days (Sunday–Thursday), excluding UAE public holidays.

1. Delivery Times

• Dubai Orders: 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• All Other Emirates: 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Charges

• Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions within the UAE — keep an eye on our announcements.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.

• You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update (if available).

4. Delivery Terms

• Deliveries are made through our trusted courier partners.

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

• If you are unavailable during delivery, our courier will attempt re-delivery according to their policy.
